To increase the number of daily Inspections, automate the production and store results of Inspection Reports generated from information captured on the Inspection Checklist. Inspectors and Surveyors are experts in their field, however they dislike writing time-consuming manual reports. With an automated report, the Inspector’s are able to utilise their time in the field more efficiently and as a result of this, productivity will increase between 25 - 50%. SOLUTION Computer software developed for organisations and individuals that inspect the condition of assets such as buildings, boats, vehicles, etc. using a hand held computer. In addition, there is the potential to have Insurance Companies provide discounts to Inspection Companies when they use an approved configuration to minimise risk of claims from their customers. PRODUCT OFFERING A fully user-configurable computer system used to inspect any asset. The software allows the set-up of any number of checklists and Microsoft Word templates. Depending on the asset being inspected, the Inspector is prompted through the checklist and sentences are generated depending on their findings. Depending on the configuration you select, there can be options to add notes and photographs. These can optionally appear on the final report which is generated at the push of a button. Alternatively, using wireless communications, the checklist results can be transmitted to head office for storage and printing, or you may prefer your customer to view and download the report over the internet. Bookings and Customer / Asset details can be transmitted back to the Inspector. Tablet computers have a reversible screen that swivels to cover the keyboard and can be carried around like an A4 clipboard with information entered via pen or voice. A camera can also be attached to store and print pictures. A Smart Phone / PDA version is available for on-site checklists. Enter your jobs with details of the customer, asset to be inspected, service requested with standard price and all parties involved. The system is driven by code tables which you set-up to customise your checklists, screens and sentences.
